Djinni Salary (the “Extension” and the “Service”) currently does not require user registration and does not collect, store, or share personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no cookies used by the Extension or backend at this time.
This policy describes our current practices. If they change in the future (for example, to add accounts or optional telemetry), we will update this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
2. What we collect today
- No accounts: We do not offer registration or user profiles.
- No personal data: We do not collect names, emails, identifiers, or behavioral analytics.
- No cookies & tracking: The Extension and Service do not set cookies or use tracking technologies.
- Functional requests only: The Extension sends only the minimal requests required to retrieve salary data for a vacancy you explicitly interact with. We do not store these requests or link them to you.
Note: Your browser and network may generate transient technical data (e.g., standard HTTP requests) to enable basic functionality. We do not persist or analyze this data.

4. Future changes
If we introduce features that require data processing (e.g., accounts, preferences, optional diagnostics), we will:
- Update this Privacy Policy before the change takes effect,
- Explain what data is collected and why,
- Offer appropriate choices and consent where required.
5. Third-party services
We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect any. If this changes (e.g., hosting analytics or error reporting), the third parties and purposes will be documented here.
6. Your rights
Since we do not store personal data, there is generally nothing to access or delete. However, if you believe the Extension or Service has received or retained your personal data by mistake, please contact us and we will promptly investigate and delete it.
